Bhd., we include the cosmetic testing lab as our priority for every product such as stability and compatibility test, microbe test, patch test, challenge test and heavy metal test. Stability tests are to determine the shelf life of our product by observing the minimum durability including material, formulation, packaging and transportation. We also have microbiological tests to ensure all products meet the minimum level of safe use for consumers and fully free from harmful pathogens. Besides that, patch tests available to test potential skin irritation after formulates your product and finds the best solution. The important parts in cosmetic testing are challenge and heavy metal tests where it acts as the key safety for the whole product. As we know, preservatives are very important to ensure our product is in a good condition along their shelf life and challenge tests are to ensure our preservative will not negatively impact the safety and quality of the product even after exposure with human skin. Lastly, heavy metals tests can be available in various ingredients including natural sources, but all of them depend on the frequency and amount people use and we are testing this to ensure all the steps our consumer take is the safest way.
